1. Returns & Eligibility

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused or used in a reasonable manner
The item must be in its original packaging
You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

We do not accept returns for:

Opened or fully consumed products
Gift cards
Items marked as final sale


2. How to Request a Return

Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first.


3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.


Please note:

Shipping costs are non-refundable
Refunds apply to the product cost only, unless the item is defective or incorrect

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

We will resolve this by offering a replacement or full refund.


5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

Contact your payment provider
Allow up to 10 business days for processing

6. International Orders

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Customs fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
